This is a motto I live by, and it has served me well, especially during the economic downturn which has affected local Real Estate transactions. These difficult times have only served to strengthen my skills and knowledge. It has been an empowering time.

I believe that attitude controls and affects everything I do in life, not just in business. We have a choice about how we let situations affect us. ''It's not what happens; it is what you do with it that counts.''

Real Estate transactions are not always easy or fun for buyers and sellers but I will stand by you all the way. Let's make it work, and let's have some fun and positive experiences. If you are buying, let's go shopping! I belong to an MLS that serves 19 Western Colorado counties. I past president of our local Real Estate Association, and I am a Director of2 3 Real Estate related organizations. I was recently honored as Realtor of the Year 2014-15. If you are selling, let's look at what is going to work best for you in this market and I will work on some exciting ways to expose your home to the buying market. Of special interest to sellers is that I prefer to keep the number of listings I carry to under 20. I am after quality, not quantity. I have excellent relations with area Realtors and I will make sure your home is well known to them. I have a strong internet presence which will expose your home to a wide national and international audience.
