The Dementia Caregiver Support Group will meet every Thursday (except on holidays and on the 5th Thursday of the month) at 1:00PM in the Independent Living Model Cottage at Crossroads Senior Living. The cottage is the first cottage on your left when you enter the parking lot. The address is 1353A Aspen Way.
The support group is facillitated by Dr. Jess Deegan II and is geared towards those caring for someone with dementia, but any caregiver is welcome.
Free day services will be available for the one you are caring for while you attend the support group. Please contact Kylynn at 970-683-8044 to set this service up ahead of time. |

The Dementia Caregiver Support Group will meet every Thursday (except on holidays and on the 5th Thursday of the month) at 1:00PM in the Independent Living Model Cottage at Crossroads Senior Living. The cottage is the first cottage on your left when you enter the parking lot. The address is 1353A Aspen Way.
The support group is facillitated by Dr. Jess Deegan II and is geared towards those caring for someone with dementia, but any caregiver is welcome.

| Jun 24 The Inaugural Legendary Trap a Crook Crime Stoppers Shootout |
Legendary Country The Range is hosting a trap shoot tounament fundraiser to benefit Montrose Regional Crime Stoppers Inc 501©(3). The Montrose Regional Crime Stoppers is a nonprofit organization that assists law enforcement by providing an anonymous outlet for citizens to report suspicious activity and help stop crime.
The tournament will be held Sunday June 24th from 9am - 2 pm at the Delta Trap Club in Delta, CO. Proceeds from ticket sales and donations will go to Crime Stoppers and is tax deductible. Entry into the tournament is open to the public and price is $40 per person.
Visit www.deltatrapclub.org to pre-register, and payment will be due the day of the event at check-in.
Prizes will be awarded to Highgun Overall, 2nd Runner-i[, and 3rd Place!

The Dementia Caregiver Support Group will meet every Thursday (except on holidays and on the 5th Thursday of the month) at 1:00PM in the Independent Living Model Cottage at Crossroads Senior Living. The cottage is the first cottage on your left when you enter the parking lot. The address is 1353A Aspen Way.
The support group is facillitated by Dr. Jess Deegan II and is geared towards those caring for someone with dementia, but any caregiver is welcome.
Free day services will be available for the one you are caring for while you attend the support group. Please contact Kylynn at 970-683-8044 to set this service up ahead of time. |
